Roch-cha-cha as well as the residuum of New York State doesn't have a gun problem. They take a authorities problem. When are Americans who reside behind enemy lines, similar NY, NJ, PA, CA, etc. simply begin the process of disengaging from their state governments. These governors and their administrations have gone far beyond their limited authority. Take control at the canton level. No taxes exit the county seat to become to the land government. These governors like, Cuomo, Newsom and others have delegitimized themselves through their deportment.
It is also interesting to note that New York is one state in which the governor (Cuomo), in a human knee jerk reaction to yet some other mass shooting, passed a ban on a whole lot of guns, especially AR-xv and such, but annihilation with a magazine capacity of more than than vii rounds (a lot of guns). What is most interesting is that there are near a million gun owners in NY Land, every one of them are already on the .gov listing. Due to the onerous regulations on firearms in NY the .gov knows what kind of firearms they ain (all guns must be registered in NY), how many guns(.gov keeps a record of all purchases), how often they buy ammo (can't buy ammo without your firearms ID card and they continue a record of what you purchase), etc., etc…..but they defied the governor'southward edict.
So, the point is that the governor'southward edict has not been enforced because, the law are against the idea of disarming otherwise law-abiding citizens, and thus they are not slap-up on administering raids to implement the force of the laws that the governor has rammed through against the will of the people. Such raids would kickoff a widespread surge of gun owners resisting said enforcement.
So the gun owning citizen have already made their move. Why don't the residuum of the citizens at the county level have dorsum their state? I also advocate recalls for mayors, governors and any other politico out of line.

These bug are not acquired by guns simply rather past mass gatherings of negroes. This was a negro party in a negro neighborhood and negro behavior dictates that negroes pack heat and kill each other over trivial matters. The race is fierce, unmanageable and fucking horrible.
Don't disarm them. Arm them and tell them to throw all of the negro block parties they tin throw as long as everyone brings a loaded firearm and enough ammunition to take care of their urges. Give them liberty from prosecution every bit long as they just shoot at and kill each other.
Whitey…stay out of it and for safety's sake don't fifty-fifty send in negro police officers.

FYI, this was a news conference for a shooting of sixteen people killing 2. As of nearly a month later there yet have been no arrests. (No knock against the police force, they are great.)
Rochester, NY is my hometown, born and raised and however live literally a stone throw from the city edge.
Kevin in PA, there's a lot to cover in your comments but here goes.
The NY Safe Act stipulates that a RIFLE cannot be sold with a detachable magazine, plus other criteria, therefore existence classified as an "assault weapon". Plus, one that does is "required" to be registered, but it's not banned per say. There is no ban either on handguns that hold 7 or more than rounds if information technology meets certain criteria. Magazines that agree More than than 10 rounds must be modified to hold fewer. My everyday bear Berretta holds x and a Mini 14 I bought a couple years agone can accept a 10 circular magazine. They are not banned and I'm legal.
The only way every gun everyone possesses in NYS is known by the regime is if they purchased them from a dealer. That is inappreciably the case. Plenty of New Yorkers purchased firearms privately Earlier the Condom Human action took upshot and are legal.
I've never had to show my CCP to purchase ammo. Plus using cash eliminates anyone knowing anything. All legal.
A couple small points; you use the word "edict" a couple of times when in fact information technology was a law passed past the proper legislation process. Don't misunderstand me, I disagree with it only it's more than an "edict" similar wearing a mask. Also, there are more than a meg gun owners in NY. Even registered gun owner stats only pertain to that, which obviously do not account for someone with a long gun given to him or sold to her by a family member (which is allowed by the Safe Act, but a background check is required for other individual sales.). Outside on NY City there is @ 11 1000000 of us gun owners so who knows, but definitely more than a million gun owners.

Correction –
"Outside on NY City at that place is @ 11 one thousand thousand of us gun owners so who knows, but definitely more a meg gun owners."
Exterior on NY City there is @ 11 million of us…full stop. Only definitely more than a million gun owners…total end.
Pitiful.

Kevin in PA. With all do respect unfortunately there is very niggling in your rant that is fact. Delight try again only this time do a little research. Have a nice mean solar day.

Tim, Thanks for the correction.
I was speaking off the top of my caput from memory. Couldn't remember if it was an executive club or passed by legislative process, (does it thing?), and I confused the ammo purchase restrictions with the state of NJ.
However, my indicate was, that the state houses, the governors in many states have assumed powers not within their authority. Be information technology guns or lockdowns and masks, they are over-reaching and the remedy, to me anyway, seems to be to hold firm at the canton level. Quit sending tax money to Albany, Trenton, Sacramento, or wherever those in power accept demonstrated a misuses / abuse of authority.
The other point was that there are people who have fabricated a selection to defy bad law. The question then becomes, how far does the state wish to become to pursue full compliance with their unpalatable laws? In my opinion, I think there are a number of governors that are in need of a serious smack-down and (nigh) any fashion of achieving such is a good affair.
There was actually an article that sparked my thinking on this….mayhap on FEE or Reason Magazine, merely tin can't seem to discover it once again.

Jack-
I similar your thinking. It is and then refreshing to read something so logical. I was born and raised in a mountain community of California where everyone owned/owns guns. Much of my family still lives at that place. People have gatherings and parties but no gunfights. Arguments may exist settled with a fist but never with guns.
The violent race, so to say, does not alive in the surface area. Very little offense of any nature. People work for a living. People believe in God.

I am shocked to learn that 90% of the citizens of Rochester are worth a shit. I idea it might be less.
Short take. It'south non guns or lack of gun laws, it's the new New York State Bail "Reform" law.
Combined with the leftists deliberately bailing out the few of their bad actors that really do get held for more than overnight and putting them correct back on the street to the disgust of the police and the citizens.
My gauge, that cops career is over.

John The River, I'd like to be able to say that blackness violence is attributable to statutes merely it's simply non. After being around them and paying pretty close attention to them through the events of my lxx years, I believe that at that place is probable something in the genetics, DNA or perchance the encephalon construction or evolution of blacks that leans them hard toward violence and of course they pass up to address it as a culture.
With allowances made for their success in sports and some aspects of the entertainment world, they are terminal in line in everything except violent behavior and criminal enterprise and as you lot point out, in the areas where they are not plant, people engage and go along very well, even in instances where they don't know one another.
Some people slobber all over themselves about equality as if equality ways we are all equal in fact and in grade and it is always the negro who fuels the fire with his claims that the world is confronting him. You'll hear not a give-and-take from the Asian or Latin communities well-nigh inequality because they inherently sympathise that to get anywhere in life you must get an educational activity or acquire a trade and apply yourself but the negro…oh no, none of that for him.
He submits to nothing but his animal instincts and he demands that the unabridged world bring together him in the filth and scum he loves so much and so he can feel equal. He cannot exist taught, merely dealt with when he gets caught in offense off the social reservation.

First off, let's outset with this.
Negros are about 13% of the national population.
Negro men are one-half that number (6.5%). Negro men between the ages of 15-45 are one-half again that number (3.25%).
And so that's a measly 3.25% that's causing all the mayhem.
3.25%
Now let's move on…
An oldie from the belatedly, dandy Ol' Remus:
*******
Ol' Remus sez:
With all the contempo troubles we're over again being invited to an honest and open up conversation about race, or said differently, the browbeatings will be resumed. Try this for honest and open: many of us, probably nearly of us, are tired of your whining, your and then-called grievances, your violence and crime, your insults and threats, your witless blather and pornographic demeanor—all of it. You're not quite thirteen% of the population yet everything has to exist well-nigh yous, all day, every solar day. With y'all, facts aren't facts, everything's a kozmik krisis, and abusive confrontations are your go-to.
Here's the thing: some of united states of america despise y'all, although fewer than you believe, but most of us plain don't care about you or your doings. There was a time when we did intendance, just y'all betrayed our good will and played us for fools. We laugh nigh it now, simply nosotros actually believed y'all wanted equal opportunity and mutual respect and to live in harmony—all that stuff. Ain't information technology a hoot? Imagine our embarrassment.
We talk amid ourselves just similar you do. It'due south true, we have "frank and open discussions" when y'all're not around. Why? Partly because information technology'southward exhausting to tippy-toe around you. Partly because y'all call up information technology's your celestial right to tell us what we tin say. And partly because you're alarmingly ambitious or painfully dim-witted past turns. We never know which "you" will pop out of the box, or when. Simply mainly because you've revealed yourself as grasping opportunists without honor or principle. At that place's your deal-breaker. There'south more than.
During the recent riots you expected united states to believe heisting snack food and then torching the place was "continuing up for justice". When we didn't buy it, yous told the states the looting and arson wasn't washed past the rioters after all, no, all the bad stuff was done by rioters from out of boondocks. Apparently you call up information technology makes a difference to us. And if we don't fall for that one, you tell us you're the real victims, you're the ones "hit hardest" because the neighborhoods you looted and burned are, um, looted and burned.
We've never stood in your way just nosotros don't actually care if you take good neighborhoods or non. The evidence says y'all don't care either, unless we build and maintain them for you lot, what your enablers call "investments in urban communities." They don't mention the render on our past "investments". Our one-time neighborhoods weren't improved past your arrival. Your antipathy for ordinary civility tells us no level of "investment" would brand a difference. Listen up. Information technology'due south uncomplicated. Only like our neighborhoods are our responsibility, then are your neighborhoods your responsibleness, not ours. Your clownish leaders volition tell yous otherwise merely they've always been your responsibility and they e'er will exist your responsibility. Accept information technology or don't, yous're the ones who alive in them. At that place's more.
Your air conditioned, smart phone equipped, EBT-financed "poverty" doesn't wash to brainstorm with, still you'd accept us believe poverty causes crime. There's no payday for assault and rape and random killing. Police force say 20% of your criminal violence is related to dope-dealing, okay, business organisation disputes of a sort, but it says the rest of it is largely pro bono. Nosotros also notice yous accept a working noesis of jury nullification and have pride in not "snitching", typical gang beliefs.
Nosotros say "what you call up, you do. What you do, you are." We know what yous think—nosotros hear information technology every waking minute. Nosotros know what you practice. How could we non know what y'all are? But so it gets said, crime causes poverty. It drives away productive people, their businesses and the opportunities you said you lot wanted. More bad news: you're gratis to accuse them of annihilation y'all wish but they're not coming back.
Schools haven't been educating our kids for a long time. They're too decorated conjuring up new means to teach yours, in fact, we're beginning to think yours are the just ones who affair. There'southward always some new scheme challenge dazzling success which, in the end, amounts to handing out the answers with the tests, or taking the annoying hard stuff out of the coursework, or inbound unearned grades by hand. Whatever they're doing they're doing it wrong. Your kids are telling us, in every way they know how, they have neither the interest nor the inclination for academics. Maybe we should listen. If what they want is "out" it's worth considering and probably worth encouraging.
You tell us the schools have "failed to see their needs." And what are their needs, pray tell? College standards and tougher tests? Stricter rules and a dress code? Or some alternating universe where credit is earned for putting teachers in the ER, or for a string of abortions before the 10th class? If y'all'd tell us what their needs are we'd at to the lowest degree know what needs nosotros're failing to meet. Until so we'll marker it downwards for what information technology is, another lame excuse. They're supposed to be schools, not day intendance or orphanages or theme parks.
You pester us with the "civil rights movement" of fifty years agone as though it happened last week, with deadening 1960s footage and cloying vox-overs, in an countless loop, like Groundhog Day, decade after decade. Information technology'south understandable, you haven't met whatsoever real resistance since those days. Breaking news: none of information technology matters whatever more, it all devolved into just some other swindle, an extortion racket, "pay up or we'll make a stink—and the bad eyes are on yous".
Schools now teach something called White Privilege, which claims no overt human action is necessary for united states of america to be racist, in fact, absenteeism of such acts is said to exist direct evidence. It's the "original sin" concept in a dissimilar wrapper, significant our putative racism is bone deep and can't be discharged by good works. Even so, they say we must atone in perpetuity for existence white. They suggest we devote our lives in selfless service to you. No. Deplorable. Whatever white privilege there may be, it isn't enough. In fact, being subjected to White Privilege prattle is worth a couple of privileges.
Speaking of privilege, lx% of your college grads—and 20% of all of y'all—are employed by government. The intent is to create an bogus center class of class, hence the petty positions with imaginative titles and weighty salaries. In the lower reaches it's the quota hires, typically unqualified. It's a great offer. Yous pretend you lot're doing something useful and we pretend to believe you. The rest of your grads are largely diversity directors, window dressing, teachers of dubious "studies" and improbable "histories", and similar warehousing schemes for the otherwise unemployable. It's as skilful as it'southward ever going to get, except for those on the skinny stop of the bong curve—for whom nosotros have genuine, i.eastward., earned respect. You'd be a fool to leave it on the table, for equally long as information technology lasts.
So here's the deal. If yous desire to know what we really think of you, the answer is nosotros don't, unless you're making yourself unavoidable or we're cleaning up your latest mess. We tin safely rely on you to make astonishingly irresponsible choices and blame united states of america for the consequences. And you'll demand we make good on them for y'all. We won't take a take chances on your sincerity ever again. Accept information technology somewhere else, you have no credibility left with u.s.. You're a net liability, predictable to the bespeak of surety. So nosotros nourish to our own lives and our own problems. It's as it should be. We recommend it. Equally for you, bluntly my beloved, nosotros don't requite a damn.
Hate to say this in this fashion, but the nig-ers are nothing less so savages. Past 15 years, I see one brother walking, I'm fine, I see two or more I cross the street. I'm not shy about it. " de escalation thing"
They cross the street, thinking I'grand blood-red meat, well a poor option on their part.
I'm very pissed, I'd pretty much quit conveying a gun after retirement. Under the current climate, I'thousand carrying Dailey, with four mags.
At 64 my eyes simply don't pick upward the forepart sight anymore, a very very bad matter. Our friends over on Zero Gov, Pecker Buppert, coached me into a red dot on my pistol. Makes all the difference in the world. In fact my split up times have dropped by roughly 1/2 regarding presentation to trigger press.
May exist the difference of going from a lifetime of conveying a 1911, to these Glocks I'm edifice. Not a cheep toy, but and then what'due south your life worth.
If you have questions, please contact Buppert, awesome gentleman, great teacher.
I'thou but finishing up my third red dot Glock 2 19s and a 34. Thinking I'm going to red dot all my Glocks, adjacent up with be a 21 then a 30. I'm that impressed with the technology.

Dirk,
I behave a Sig 225, but nearly oftentimes an old GEN2 G17. I have like problems with either focusing on the front sight or your target. About gun fights are going to be shut, violent and happen very apace. You lot are smart and know this already. If you tin can focus on the front end sight and so the target can be a bit hazy. My opinion simply and that is how I railroad train with a B27 target. I've had G17s in different generations but fall back to my trusty heater GEN2 for behave.
As for the remainder of you lot in liberal enclaves and trying to sympathise the myriad of your most recent gun laws…Kansas has no required license for concealed or open carry (unless you are a felon or wife beater). No FFL paper for transfers between individuals in a private auction. No urban center can make gun laws that replace State law. Low taxes, no traffic jams and adept weather ii weeks in the spring and two weeks in the fall. Bang-up identify to retire.
